Once you have continued with 'Register' button on the registration page, you have entered into a formal agreement with us for the purpose of transactions on this Lorryguru.com.

You are hereby granted a non-transferable, non-sub licensable, limited, revocable, and right and license to access and make use of the Lorryguru.com for your own exclusive benefit. If it is intended that the website and Information contained therein, be used by users other than yourself, you will require a separate account for each user. Please note that, as is the case with any other digital download, once a subscriber has gained access to the members area by making an initial registration and accessing any load details, this is deemed to be a digital download of valuable information to which we own the rights and we are unable to accept cancellation of a subscription once downloading has commenced.
2. Definitions
Lorryguru.com, hereinafter called 'the company', is an introductory service. Lorryguru.com and all other subsidiaries and affiliates such as "the company", "the website", "our", "we", "us" provides the information displayed on this website. Lorryguru.com is only a information exchange platform. Lorryguru.com is NOT a freight forwarder and will not be responsible for arranging all or any of the carriage, storage, packing, insurance or loading of goods.
Visitors and all other subsidiaries such as Owners, customers, you, your. The company is responsible only for the maintenance and publishing of the Information provided by either customers/transporters or lorry owners and takes no responsibility for content submitted by the user.
3. Legal
Lorryguru.com is only a information exchange platform. Lorryguru.com shall not be liable to the customers, owners, lorry broker offices or third parties for loss or damage to any goods, nor for any such loss or damage arising from any non-compliance with the customer or owners instructions, or for any failure to perform whether wholly or in part their obligations. It is the responsibility of both parties, the customer & the owner to arrange the lorry/truck and goods for transportation or delivery of the goods. It is owners or customers duty to take care of all the legal things about either Lorries or goods information found through our Lorryguru.com. Lorryguru.com is giving information about the available loads to the lorry owners and empty or return loads information to the customers or transporters.
4. Using lorryguru.com
As a Lorryguru.com user (Either lorry owner of customer) You will:
• Not submit any material on this service which could be considered unlawful or cause offence.
• Ensure that any information entered by you on to this service is accurate and complies with relevant legislation.
• Indemnify us against any loss, damage or other expenses incurred by us as a result of your use of this service.
• Not divulge your User ID and password to any unauthorized person.
• As the subscribing transporter, it is your company alone which must undertake the delivery of any loads that you quote for obtained on our system and neither makes use of our service for the purpose of forwarding or sub-contracting loads listed on Lorryguru.com, nor re-advertising loads on other freight exchanges.
• Post as accurate description of load/vehicle as possible.
• Remove out of date loads/vehicles or loads/vehicles that are no longer available.
• Refrain from submitting material that may be indecent, unlawful or obscene.
• NOT breach any laws that may infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
• Comply with any legislation associated with material submitted.
• NOT divulge any information contained within this website including your login details to any third party.
• Hereby indemnify us against any loss, damage or expense incurred by your use of our service.
• NOT distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Lorryguru.com or the interests and/or property of Lorryguru.com users.
• NOT display contact details in anywhere but the designated areas. Displaying contact details in load/vehicle description is not permitted.
• NOT quote un-realistic prices to users in order to get business. We are here to provide a service to the transport industry not to bankrupt it.
• NOT enquire about loads/vehicles unless you are intent on using this facility for which it was originally intended.
• NOT Use this service if you do not possess insurance and any necessary certification
• NOT submit any marketing or promotional material intended to solicit business.
• NOT harvest or otherwise collect information about users of our service, including email addresses and company details etc without their express consent.

1.Make sure that take photocopy of
i.Driving Licence(Driver) ii.RC book of vehicle
2.Verify validity of permit, lorry documents and vehicle insurance
3.Take a Photo of Driver standing in front of Lorry position(Make sure that vehicle no should be visible)
4.Make sure that to send the insured luggage.
• Owners are advised to
1. Make sure that the load does not contain any illegal Material.
2. Goods confirmation letter from customer
3. Take a letter from customer that, loads are not having any illegal or banned items as per RTO act.
In no circumstances whatsoever shall the company be liable to the customer or the owner for any loss, damage, cost or expenses arising out of any person(s) relaying advice or information.
The company reserves the right to disable the accounts of users who breach these terms without notice and without refund.
5.Disclaimer
Lorryguru.com is not liable for any loss or expense incurred by you resulting from the use of this service, whether due to any defects or otherwise.
Lorryguru.com does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of content of this service. The company has no responsibility for the warranty, fitness for lorry owners, customers or agents, and do not vouch for those companies or person(s) and their organization(s) whose services maybe displayed or referred to by the company, nor for the availability or suitability of such services. The company shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person(s) or organization(s) with respect to any loss arising from information or the use of information offered by the company. The company cannot be held responsible for the failure of email providers to accept emails from our server.
6.Cancellation of registration with Lorryguru.com
You may end this agreement at any time, not to expire before the minimum term of 3 months, but you must give us at least 24 hours notice.
Upon cancellation, the account will remain active for 31 days. The 3 month minimum contract term applies to new subscribers only, existing subscribers may cancel and renew at will.
In our efforts to make life simple for our registered customers, here are the two ways of cancelling a membership registration or subscription,
1. Using the Lorryguru.com username and password supplied to you in the original agreement confirmation email.
2. Request cancellation by contacting our helpline at office, quoting your Loadup login UserId and password.
We will supply you with a time-stamped reference number which you can print out for your proof of cancellation in case of any future disputes
7.EMAIL
You can be confident that by submitting your contact details to Lorryguru.com, they will never end up in the hands of other companies and that we will minimize our email reminders to based on your request type.
A key part of Lorryguru.com service is email communications with our users either lorry owners or customers. By using our service, you agree that we may send you email, that you have elected to participate in our email program and that we may forward email messages to you.
8.Cookies Usage
A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computers hard drive when accessing a website. It is an identification card, which is uniquely yours and can only be read by the server that gave it to you. It cannot be used to deliver computer viruses.
It is not recommended that you disable cookies on your computer as this will have a negative impact on the service we provide.

10.Barring out of the website
Lorryguru.com reserves the right to bar users from this site, on a permanent or temporary basis at our sole discretion. Any such user shall be notified and must not then attempt to use this site under any other name or through any other user.
